Hi, I’m Mia, a Persian-Canadian Psychotherapist who believes that healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. In our work together, I create a warm, supportive space where you’re free to explore your experiences—through words, creativity, and even a little laughter when it’s needed most. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices while also integrating art, metaphor, and moments of lightness. I’ve seen how creativity can unlock insight when words fall short, and how a genuine laugh can bring relief, connection, and perspective in the middle of deep work. As someone who understands the complexities of holding multiple identities, I offer a culturally aware and inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome—especially the ones you’re still getting to know. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, identity, intergenerational trauma, relationships or life transitions, I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and care.
